Tips for making your arms bigger


While working out in the gym, most of the people focus mainly on arms. It is the part of the body that shows power and is the key to being noticed by women. That’s why many men just keep doing arm workouts all the time. It is not recommended as the whole body needs to be in the right proportion. But if you still want to make your arms bigger, you can use the following tips.


  • When it comes to arms, many people only think of biceps. They work only on biceps and are unable to get the size they want. That’s because the actual size of arms come from triceps. You should give equal importance to both the parts if you want to your arms to look big and powerful. Besides that, you also need to work on your forearms and wrists.
  • The secret of having bigger muscles is lifting heavier weights than you can. You should obviously start small, but as soon as you get comfortable with you arm workouts you should start increasing weights. If you can lift 20 pounds, you should lift 25 pounds. It will be difficult, but it will work. Keep increasing the weight until you have reached the size you want.
  • Your muscles need at least 48 hours to get proper rest and repair themselves. So, that’s how much gap you need to have between two consecutive arm workouts. You can work on other muscles in the mean time.
