Tone Your Legs, Butt & Core with this One Simple Move from Celeb Trainer Erin Oprea

This move is perfect for those people wanting to target the legs, booty and core — so basically, everyone.


The Curtsy Lunge into Leg Pulse is another combination move that hits multiple body parts and uses the balancing effect to target core strength.


Plus, it’s great for getting toned up in the winter since you can do this move anywhere! I have been seen doing this in my front yard and soccer fields — but at this point I don’t think that’s a surprise.


Curtsy Lunge into Leg Pulse


1. Perform a reverse lunge, stepping back with your right foot. However, to work the outside of your booty, your right foot will go at an angle behind your left foot. This is the curtsy portion and it helps to think of an actual curtsy to get it right.


2. Driving through your left heel, stand and maintain a one legged stance as you transition into the pulse.


3. Pulse your locked right leg out to the side, maintaining a very tight core to remain upright, and squeeze your leg and backside as you do.

4. Return to the one leg stance and perform the curtsy lunge again.


5. Repeat 10-15 times before switching legs for another set on the other side.


6. Get three sets worked into your next leg day.
